Biography:
  Currently I am a third year graduate student of College of Computer and Information Science in Southwest University and a member of MLDA Group, led by professor Guo-Xian Yu.
I received my B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Technology in June 2015 from Southwest University . In June 2018, I will recieve my M.Sc. degree in Southwest University

  2016.03-2016.12  Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities of China (Student Project)  Protein function prediction by negative sample selection   Director
  Description:Predicting the potential negative function of proteins in order to improve the accuracy of protein function prediction. As the project director, I proposed three model based on random walk with restart, signed hybrid graph, semi-supervised linear regression for negative example prediction, respectively.
  2017.03-2017.12  Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities of China (Student Project)  Predicting lncRNA-disease association by multiple heterogeneous data fusion   Director
  Description:Taking advantage of the associations between lncRNA and miRNA,gene to analysis and predict the lncRNA-disease associations. As the the project director, I proposed two model based on asynchronous random walk with restart on hybrid graph and matrix factorization for predicting the potential lncRNA-disease association, respectively.
  2017.03-2017.12  Chongqing Graduate Student Research Innovation Project  The research and application of transspecies protein function prediction  Director
  Description:Utilizting the sequence and interaction network of proteins to predicting the complementary annotation of protein functions for multi-species. As the the project director, I proposed models based on semantic similarity, multiple correlation network for multi-species protein function prediction.
